. . . . . . . .
This is one in a series of 3 mini horizon paintings. I have long been fascinated by the horizon – the place where what’s here disappears into the beyond, the line between the known and endless possibility, the place where the world falls away – the horizon is my muse. These three mini paintings are the result of hours spent sitting on the beach in Cape Cod, staring out at the horizon. Each small oil painting in this series stands alone (literally – these panels are so deep that the paintings can stand on their own) and two or three of them would be exquisite displayed together.
